李洪凯,国家健康医疗大数据研究院大数据因果推断中心主任,山东大学公共卫生学院正高级研究员,山东省产业技术研究院特聘研究员。中国现场统计研究会因果推断分会常务理事,中国工业统计研究会健康医疗大数据学会理事,山东省脑胶质瘤多学科联合委员会委员。主要研究方向包括未知混杂的控制方法、因果推断框架下的数据整合,中介效应分析,测量误差和选择性偏倚的控制方法以及统计遗传方法学研究。在国际知名杂志发表SCI文章60余篇(JCR一区论文 15 篇),其中第一和通讯作者文章20篇。主要研究成果发表在Plos Genetics, Statistical Methods in Medical Research, Statistics in Medicine,American Journal of Epidemiology等统计理论方法杂志以及British Journal of Cancer, Atherosclerosis,Obesity, Journal of American Heart Association 等临床应用杂志上, 同时也是Plos Medicine, International Journal of Epidemiology等多个杂志审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金和科技部重大专项子课题等7项国家级和省部级课题,参编书籍三部。

(3)迁移学习,尤其是实验研究向目标人群的迁移和两个观察人群的迁移方法研究;

(4)孟德尔随机化方法和多中介以及结构学习方法研究;

(5)因果框架下的meta分析和网络meta分析方法研究;

(6)遗传关联与共定位方法研究
